Visit Paris

The Eiffel Tower is one of the world’s most famous landmarks and visitors come from all over the world to enjoy its unique attractions. The opening of its new first floor is another exciting stage in the tower’s history, and a range of new features and exhibits appeal to all age groups.  Why not plan a visit during your next stay at Hotel Cristal Champs Elysees?  The hotel is just a short walk from the tower in one of the most desirable areas of the city.

Spectacular views and exciting attractions

The first floor was unveiled to the public by Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris and it is sure to add to the timeless appeal of the Eiffel Tower.
The first thing you’ll notice is the floor itself.  Made from a unique toughened glass, the floor boasts spectacular, crystal clear views from 57 metres above the city.   Its non-slip surface means that even small children can step out into space with confidence and the transparency of the floor increases the closer you get to the centre.

Fun for everyone at the Eiffel Tower

Follow the Cultural Path around the outer edge of the new first floor at the Eiffel Tower to learn more about its history and development.  Touch screens and exhibits and interactive displays allow you to enjoy an in depth look at your favourite features.
The Ferrie Pavilion on the first floor is home to the Immersion Show, an exciting concept where 7 projectors cover 3 walls and fully immerse you in the stunning Eiffel Tower.  You’ll also find shops and restaurants in the Ferrie Pavilion and it’s the ideal place to stop for a snack or a drink.
Before leaving, take the lift to the top from the first floor to enjoy one of the most famous and truly romantic views in the world.  Couples can toast each other with a glass of champagne from the bar, and everyone will savour the perfect end to a perfect day at the Eiffel Tower as the sun sets over Paris.
